ZBM Electrical Substation - Power Control System

ZBM Electrical Substation (refers to substation) a compact series power distribution

equipment which combines high voltage switch equipment, power distribution transformer, low voltage switch equipment, power meter equipment and reactive compensation equipment according certain connecting programme in one or several cabinets. It applies to rated voltage 10/0.4KV three-phase AC power distribution system for receiving and distributing power in factories, mines, oil fields, ports, airports, urban public buildings, residential area, highways, underground facilities and other places.
- ZBM Electrical Substation –in terms of technology it boasts such advantages as small volume, pleasing appearance, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance and widely selection. In terms of economy, it has the following merits as: occupying little space, easy to move, short construction cycle and reducing waste. It meets GB3906、DL404、IEC-298 Standards and has “five preventions ” functions: Prevent misusing circuit breaker, prevent pushing loaded handcart, prevent close the grounded switch when charged, prevent power transmission at the location of grounded switch and prevent entering charged isolated room.

Structure - ZBM Electrical Substation
- There are two ways of combination for the cabinet. One is skeleton weld types that is, welds the skeleton with molding steel firstly and then pull rivets or welds the panel so that the high voltage room is wider and can realize the programme of ring network or double power connected ring network power supply. The other is non-skeleton assembly. After bending the steel plate give it a surface treatment and finally connect and assemble it with bolts. Its distinguishing point lies in the expanded low voltage output unit which can accommodate six low voltage cabinets and has eight to twelve output circuits. The substation can set operation corridor and duty room according to the user. The arrangement plan refers to table three.
- Good ventilation and heat insulation measures. The four sides of the cabinet are all of ventilation double-structure. In the cabinet top, laminated insulation materials, and an automatic ventilator are installed. On the side or the upper part of the door there is a window which can guarantee safe operation of the loaded transformer in high-temperature seasons.
- Safe and reliable operation. The substation adopts HXGN-10 ring net switch equipment of our company (with FN-12 load switch) or other high voltage net ring cabinet. Complete five prevention interlock. The frame of the door adopts efficient water-proof structure.
- Convenient operation and maintenance. There is automatic lighting equipment in each room. The transformer has track and handcart which facilitates the installation, maintenance and replacement. High and low voltage room both are of frontage maintenance.
- ZBM Electrical Substation is of pleasing appearance and durable. The shell of the cabinet uses marine rich in zinc epoxy anti-corrosion mortar which has good anti- corrosion performance. Its surface color can be set arbitrarily with the environment. Installation beams of all electrical appliances are galvanized and the lock adopts special anti-jam, anti-rust general lock.

Installation - Operation - Maintenance - Order
- Before installing the product, please complete basic steps according to picture one and assure the basic level.
- After the basic preparations, press the anchor bolt and install the in and out accesses for the wires. Then power transmission can be operated after the overall inspection.
- Replacing high voltage fuse should disconnect the load switch firstly and then open the door to repair.
- When inspecting the equipment, the power should be cut. Follow the operation rules.
- Models, specifications, quantity and shell color should be stated in the order.
